Enrollment Options

We are now accepting 2024-2025 enrollment packets. Please download the checklist and enrollment packet from the links below. Please make sure you have completed the enrollment packet and have all the necessary original documents. 

**We will not accept any incomplete enrollment forms***   

Once your paperwork is complete, please bring the packet to the Main Office, enrollment hours are 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. If you have any questions or need more information, please call the main office at (818) 363-3188. Or Enroll online at ENROLL.LAUSD.NET

Ahora estamos aceptando paquetes de inscripción 2023-2024. Descargue la lista de verificación y el paquete de inscripción de los enlaces a continuación. Asegúrese de haber completado el paquete de inscripción y de tener todos los documentos originales necesarios.

STEP 2:

Download and complete the CHECKLIST & ENROLLMENT PACKET which require the following items:
Descargue y complete la lista de verificación y el paquete de inscripción de Gledhill que requieren los siguientes elementos:

❏ Birth Certificate
❏ Immunization Record
❏ Proof of Residency (under one of the Parent/Guardian name)
     - Utility Bill  gas/water/electricity (most recent)
     - Property tax payment receipts. 
     - Official government mail          (CalWorks, Social Security, or Voter registration)
❏ Parent/Guardian Picture I.D.        (parent/guardian needs to be present at time of enrollment)
❏ Certificado / Acta de Nacimiento

❏ Cartilla de Vacunación

❏ Prueba de Domicilio: ( bajo el nombre del padre/madre)

       - Contrato de servicios públicos,         (factura pagos de luz/agua o gas) el mas reciente

     - Pago de impuestos a l a propiedad

     - Correo oficial del gobierno o registro de votantes

❏ Identificación del padre/tutor legal    (el padre/tutor debe de estar presente al momento dela inscripción)
