Drumming is a great way to introduce music to kids because it is very visual and a physical instrument in which kids are fascinated by.

• Research has shown that music stimulates certain parts of the brain and helps children grow smarter, more focused and are more likely to succeed in school.
• Through music children begin to develop their memory and work ethic. They learn how to listen and how to approach a new skill as well as develop a healthy and positive self-esteem as they get better at the instrument they are learning.
• Music is probably one of the best ways for self-expression and  invaluable outlet for emotions and feelings we experience in our every day lives.
